Lot's of new Stitches this week...so many we had to take 2 pictures! 1 frog , a few dinosaurs , 2 totems (an elephant and a cat) and a bunch of other cute Stitches. They'll all be at the store tomorrow morning :)

Tinkertoys

We just got a whole bunch of new Tinkertoy sets in stock! We have the starter set, junior set and jumbo set.
We also have a variety of Lego building sets too.

New Moon

We currently have all 4 of the new Twilight action figures in stock. The likenesses are good and each figure is very detailed.

Happy Tofurkey Day

We're closed today. But we'll be open Friday and Saturday from 9am-9pm and we have lots of new toys, books, and fun things !

Super Special Holiday Raffle

To celebrate the holidays we've put together a very special raffle . The drawing will be Dec. 20th . The prize is .... everything seen here (well, not the purple tree, but everything else)  plus a pink elephant totem Stitches and a small painting by Hywel!

Tickets are $2.50 each and can be purchased at the store (we are open Thursday-Monday 11am-5pm)

but you don't have to be present to win (and if you're out of town, we'll ship for free!) .

DesignerCon

I just sewed up the last stitch on a custom doll for DesignerCon . The inspiration is a 3" tall blank vinyl panda named "Yoka"  .  I opted to replicate Yoka in fabric and then send him to the show with a friend (in case he gets a little scared) .

This is my version of "Yoka" alongside the original (Mine's the one on tippy toes:)

Pullip dolls are here!

Our first Pullip doll arrived today.  They are highly articulated and super cute. This one has a Sanrio bunny costume !

Hey! Where did everybody go?

There are over 4,000 unique handmade Stitches stuffed animals in the world ...somewhere. Some have found homes as far away as Australia , Japan , South African , and England. If you've adopted a Stitches stuffed animal we'd love to see where they've been . You can send a picture of your Stitches to mark@bisbeestitches.com and we'll post them here  . If you want , include your first name, and city/state/country where the picture was taken, if not, that's okay , too. We can't wait to see all the places our creatures have gone :) 

custom doll deadline

We're jumping right from one great holiday to the next , so we're busier than ever sewing up new Stitches and getting lots of new toys ready . So if you want a custom designed Stitches stuffed animal , you should email me at mark@bisbeestitches.com by November  1st ! Any orders before November 1st will be made and delivered before Christmas , any order after Nov 1st won't be ready until at least January 2010.

Bunch of super freaky cryptozoological  creatures wandered through town today. We trapped some in the store . Come by and see them sometime.

Montessori

This is a custom doll of Maria Montessori   I just finished. This doll will be auctioned off this Saturday Oct. 17 at Central School 43 Howell Ave in Bisbee . The event is from 5-7pm . More info here .

Saturday Showcase

It's been a busy week at the Teeny Tiny Toy Store. No new Stitches today , but we have our new mascot/greeter , the smaller version of him as our raffle prize, and a spooky fun window display . Here's a close up. 

Finally!!!

Took me a little longer than I thought it would, but I'm finally finished.  This Stitches monster is our current raffle item. He's a smaller (though still pretty big) version of our newly revamped store greeter/mascot. Raffle tickets are only $1 and can be purchased in our store at 15 Main St in Bisbee starting Friday October 9th.
The drawing will be held Sunday November 15th . You don't even have to be present (or even in Arizona) to win; if we draw your name, we'll ship him to you for free! 

Halloween is coming ...

 The days are getting shorter, there's a slight chill in the air, cheesy 50's horror movies on cable, cactus and pumpkins everywhere! It's Halloween in the desert . And we're getting our celebration started with some fun remote control Nightmare Before Christmas vehicles ! And we'll throw in a Halloween song en Espanol!

 We got these really amazing designer vinyl sculptures in today.

That's Dizign , Kissaki , and Medusa. Also, I'm still working on the raffle item for this month.It should be done any day now....

Boldly go....

...to the Teeny Tiny Toy Store this weekend. We have lots of new toys in stock , including these cute Star Trek Quogs . What's a quog? Well , it looks like a bobblehead, but really, it's a collectible figure . Kirk and Spock come with phaser and tricorder and movable head and arms.

Raffle Koala

Each month at The Teeny Tiny Toy Store,  you can buy $1 tickets for a chance to win a very special item. This is our first raffle item. It's a B-I-G Stitches koala that has a baby koala  that is velcroed on it's back.

The drawing is Sept. 30 !
